Neha Dhupia’s “Favourite Yoga Buddy” For Her Daily Yoga Session

Neha Dhupia is certainly enjoying her role as a mother. Her Instagram is a treasure trove of some of her most precious moments spent with her kids; daughter Mehr and son Guriq. In her latest entry, the fitness enthusiast dropped a string of pictures performing yoga.

But it was Guriq’s participation in the exercise that caught our attention. “Me – when someone asks me how is your prep for Kareena Kapoor Khan’s episode going,” captioned Neha, referring to the latest sixth season of her celebrity talk show No Filter Neha. In the adorable snaps, the Roadies judge was seen executing an Adho Mukha Svanasana.

She stretched her arms on the mat and balanced her body on her toes, pulling off the asana admirably. Neha’s “favourite yoga buddy” Guriq mirrored his mum, carrying out the yoga pose, positioned just below her.

Neha Dhupia is making sure that her kids stay in touch with nature. The actress had shared a video on Instagram where her daughter Mehr was seen befriending a snail. Dressed in a white top and multi-coloured pants, the little one was seen petting the shell of a snail on a wall, proving herself to be an animal lover. “Making new friends this weekend,” read the caption of the post.

Weekends call for a fun family outing. On a similar weekend last year, Neha Dhupia took her kids out on a road trip. Her husband Angad Bedi also joined them. The carousel of Instagram pictures showed Mehr and Guriq playing lawn tennis, holding the netted bats in their hands. Guriq also engaged in table tennis with adults. Does he have a penchant for sports? Only time will tell. In another frame, the two toddlers enjoyed a ride on their parents’ back as Neha and Angad took a stroll just after a fresh shower amidst lush greenery.

Neha Dhupia’s blissful family moments have all our hearts.
