MithaliRaj became the 2nd woman cricketer to cross 10,000 runs

Indian women’s cricket team Captain #MithaliRaj became the 2nd woman cricketer & the 1st from India to cross 10,000 runs in international cricket. MithaliRaj knock of 36 runs against SA in the 3rd ODI on Friday took her career tally to 10,001 runs at an average of 46.73.

Raj’s international career, which started in 1999 is the longest in men’s or women’s cricket only to be rivalled by the Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar.

Mithali has 6974 ODI runs in 212 ODIs, 2364 runs in 89 T20Is, and 663 runs in 10 Tests. She averages over 50 in Tests and T20I while in T20Is, she averages 37.52.
